This Earl Grey Basque Cheesecake is really delicious. The cheesecake is creamy, smooth, and not too sweet. The Earl Grey flavour is just right—you can taste the tea without it being too strong.
I also liked the slightly burnt top, which gives it a nice flavour and makes it different from a regular cheesecake. Every bite was rich and satisfying.
If you enjoy cheesecake and tea, this is definitely worth trying. I would happily order it again. Highly recommended!
